Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with superiors to develop and execute effective online marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Identify and explore new opportunities, channels, and collaborations to expand the company's online presence and reach new markets.
  3. Respond to online inquiries promptly, engage with potential customers, and facilitate the closure of sales deals.
  4. Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to finalizing deals, to achieve sales targets.
  5. Manage product listings and promotions on various online platforms, including the company's website, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
  6. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
  7. Assist in organizing and participating in sales and marketing ad hoc activities to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international agents to support business expansion and partnerships.
  9. Collaborate in the recruitment process of new local and international agents for online market expansion.
  10. Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors to support overall sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, Business, or a similarly relevant field.
  2. Sales Experience: Preferably, candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales experience, especially in online sales and digital marketing.
  3. Motivated and Fast Learner: Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and adapt to evolving online marketing trends and strategies.
  4. Exceptional Sales and Marketing Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques to drive successful online campaigns.
  5. Team Player: Mature, responsible, and willing to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  6. Social Media Marketing Experience: Preferred experience in Facebook Advertising and social media marketing, with the ability to leverage these platforms effectively.
  7. Hardworking and Responsible: Diligent individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
  8. Language: MUST be able to write, type, speak & read in MANDARIN.
