Experienced in managing online platforms: Lazada, Shopee (Tokopedia added advantage).
Maintain and ensure all product information such as pricing, inventory, etc., are up to date and available for sale on all platforms.
Plan & execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all platforms and potential platforms, including vouchers, discounts, bundles, and special offers.
Daily oversight of all online platforms across different countries, ensuring product listings, images, campaigns, orders, fulfillment, customer services, and customer feedback are taken care of with a sense of urgency.
Respond and work with the team to address customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure inventory and stock availability are in sync across different countries and all e-commerce platforms.
Oversee the entire e-commerce process, including product listings and the online shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information for product uploads.
Consolidate store and sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes.
Analyze and report on insights weekly.
Monitor and analyze sales performance on all platforms, assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams/vendors/partners including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach, consistent creative direction, as well as on-time order fulfillment, optimizing operations in various stages of e-commerce initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-commerce platforms.
Research and identify trends, with an eye for details in the online e-commerce space, and recommend and implement enhancements to the e-commerce platform for improved functionality and user experience.
Ability to spot issues and provide remedies or recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience with online platforms: Lazada, Shopee. Tokopedia (added advantage).
Experience in online/digital marketing.
Able to handle graphics for online store use.
Technical knowledge of e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organized and meticulous with an eye for details.
Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Highly initiative with positive energy.
Possess a good attitude towards learning and improving.

Additional Information
Open to working from home, with a minimum requirement to report to the KL office once a week.
