Onboarding Specialist - Mandarin Speaker (Work From Home) Experience Needed

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will guide customers through the entire onboarding process, from sign-up to their first transaction. Your responsibilities include assisting with registration, account verification, account setup, and demonstrating how IT can add value to their business.

Job Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire onboarding process, from sign-up to their first transaction.
• Ensure the onboarding experience is seamless and enjoyable.
• Take ownership of early-stage engagement metrics for startup customers, including conversion, engagement, and customer NPS.
• Ensure all client records comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) regulations within required timeframes.
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of collected and verified KYC data.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma and above.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin & English.
• At least 2 years of work experience in onboarding, customer success, or a similar role.
• Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner.
• Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and go the extra mile for self-improvement.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or annoyed.
• Good reasoning and analytical skills.
• Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts 24/7.
