We are currently seeking an
Offshore Structure Engineer to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Successful candidates would be offered a fixed term of employment.

About the mission we offer you:Perform as Engineer in project execution and take ownership of specific tasks in a project:
- Performing Design Calculations
- Coordination with other disciplines
- Correctly interpret 3rd party reports such as geotechnical, bathymetric survey, metocean data for incorporation into structural design basis
- Ensure optimum engineering design compliance to codes and performance and timely issuance of engineering deliverables to Client
- Prepare updates and check calculations for detailed engineering
- Contribute to optimization of material quantities by proposing value engineering solutions
- Ensure timely internal and external reporting on engineering/requisitioning activities to the group leader
- Meet quality objectives of the project
- Interface with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning

About you:Must have:
- Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in Design and execution of projects in offshore facilities.
- Minimum 3.5 in CGPA or 2nd Class Upper
Analysis and Tools:- Advanced user of SACS engineering software
- Frequent user of USFOS
- Frequent user of GRLWEAP
Substructure and topsides In-service analyses:- Static in-place
- Dynamic in-place
- Spectral Fatigue
In-depth knowledge of Pre-service analyses:- Lifting analysis
- Load-out analysis
- On-bottom
- Pile driveability analysis
Nice to have:Analysis and Tools:- Frequent user of SESAM
- Frequent user of Abaqus / Ansys
Substructure and topsides In-service analyses:- Seismic analysis (ELE and ALE)
- Blast and fire structural collapse analysis
- Vibration analysis
- Wind fatigue analysis
