Job description

We are seeking dedicated, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our offshore catering team. If you have experience in food service, hospitality, or catering, and are ready to take on a unique and rewarding challenge, this opportunity is for you!

  • Chief Cook
  • Cook
  • Baker
  • Steward

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals for offshore crew members.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper food storage.
  • Follow health and safety regulations in a confined, remote setting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley.
  • Assist with planning and menu creation based on crew needs and preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure crew satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in catering or hospitality (offshore experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt to offshore working conditions (long hours, remote locations).
  • Valid offshore safety training and offshore required certificate is preferred.
