Offline Merchant Acquisitions (Klang Valley/Negeri Sembilan) (6 months Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

1. To acquire new offline merchants and partners for SPayLater.
2. To build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
4. Provide expert advice to merchants regarding SPayLater products, features, and best practices.
5. Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth implementation of SPayLater service.
6. Provide ongoing support to resolve any issues and ensure continued satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with merchant needs.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
2. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
3. Comfortable with a 6-month contract work arrangement.
4. Possess own transportation and willing to travel extensively within the Klang Valley or Negeri Sembilan area.
5. Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin is an advantage for working with diverse stakeholders.
