Officer - Leasing Credit Control

Job Summary

Responsible to assist the Senior Executive or Executive in the operations of the Leasing Credit Control functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and send out the billings and update on collections.
2. Timeliness in sending out the billings.
3. Observe the day-to-day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements (if applicable).
4. Prepare and issue reminders to tenants/retailers on overdue rental payment.
5. Prepare summary on cases with overdue rental and assist the senior executive or executive to follow up with tenants/retailers after issuance of reminders.
6. Timeliness in executing works assigned by immediate superior.
7. Update the records and ensure the accuracy of records in Tenancy’s system.
8. Prepare and maintain proper records and files of all tenants including the records in the Tenancy’s system that are updated timely and accurately.
9. Act as the first point of contact/escalation to customer requests/complaints.
10. Maintain the confidentiality of the tenants and company’s information.
11. Perform other related duties that immediate superior may direct or assign from time to time.
12. Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
13. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.

Skills & Abilities

1. Computer literate, knowledge of commercial leasing Tenancy’s computer system.
2. Able to communicate with all levels, assertive and initiative.
3. Communication skills (verbal and written).
4. Ability to learn.
5. Discipline.
6. Integrity.
7. Customer-oriented.
