Officer, Special Product Handling - Express Handling Unit

Reports To

Senior Officer, Express Handling Unit

Key Responsibility

• Serving the customer by performing Acceptance, Delivery, Counter and warehouse functions as per company SOP and company regulations.
• Execute daily operations functions at Express Handling Unit including, but not limited to, data updates, collecting related revenue, checking physical cargo, and documents.
• Verify vendor reports and follow up on actions.
• Comply with IMS and other standard requirements.
• Ensure meeting customers' SLA.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum SPM qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year working experience for Diploma holders or minimum 3 years working experience for SPM holders.
• Added advantage:
  1. Basic DGR
  2. Basic Cargo handling
  3. Knowledge in air logistics
• Areas of Experience:
  1. Computer/IT literate
  2. Possess valid driving licence.
