Responsibilities

• Attend to complaints for models under care and manage loaner car arrangements for customers as required.
• Prepare tribunal and legal documentation to be submitted to the Legal Team at the Motor Division.
• Prepare letters of reply to customers on critical cases.
• Attend tribunal and court as required.
• Assist HOD in monitoring the reporting system (weekly and monthly) for all staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Holder in Business or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service in a Call Centre or face-to-face.
• Strong command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia in writing and verbally.
• Excellent or moderate user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Advantageous to possess knowledge of CRM and Case Management Systems.
