Job Summary:

• Expected salary: RM1,800 - RM2,200 per month
• Immediate start available

Job Description:

• Answering incoming calls and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office stationery
• Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments
• Renewing motor vehicle road tax and insurance
• Updating filing and documentation
• Handling all administration tasks in the office

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management or equivalent.
• Candidate is mandatory to possess a license B2/D.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Computer literate: MS Office and Excel.
• Immediate reporting duty is preferred.
• Working location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
