Job description

Company Background:
We are representing our client, a well-known realty company based in Kota Damansara.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage ERP system and document handling.
  2. Generate reports (monthly, sales, recruitment).
  3. Assist with PEA applications and renewals.
  4. Address agent complaints and inquiries (MOS program).
  5. Calculate commissions and manage resignations.
  6. Plan incentive trips and oversee marketing programs.
  7. Handle branch renewals, new licenses, and setups.
  8. Prepare yearly budget and ensure office maintenance.
  9. Verify quarterly awardees.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
  2. 2+ years as an Office Manager or similar role.
  3. Strong accounting principles.
  4. Excellent organization and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Independent and team worker.
  7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
