Company Background:

We are representing our client, a well known realty company based in Kota Damansara.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP system and document handling.
  • Generate reports (monthly, sales, recruitment).
  • Assist with PEA applications and renewals.
  • Address agent complaints and inquiries (MOS program).
  • Calculate commissions and manage resignations.
  • Plan incentive trips and oversee marketing programs.
  • Handle branch renewals, new licenses, and setups.
  • Prepare yearly budget and ensure office maintenance.
  • Verify quarterly awardees.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Strong accounting principles.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Independent and team worker.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
