Job Responsibility

  1. Organising information via Words / Excel
  2. Assist in Basic Accounting Data Entering
  3. Dealing with queries on phone and by email
  4. Attend to guests or clients
  5. Coordinating office management
  6. Printing and photocopying
  7. Filing records and information
  8. Assist in management of office supplies and inventory
  9. Scanning & Filing records and information

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum education: Diploma and above
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  3. Able to speak & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  4. Able to work as a team
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
  6. Positive and Aggressive

Job Benefits

  1. Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,300
  2. Allowance: Travel Allowance - RM100
