Job description
Job Responsibility
- Perform data entry and update the database system
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems
- Providing basic bookkeeping services.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration
- Language proficiency: Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
