3. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, agreements, and listing presentations to ensure smooth transactions.
4. Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content to market properties, attract potential clients, and build our brand's online presence.
5. Client Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with clients, providing updates on property listings, market trends, and answering inquiries promptly.
6. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings, to effectively promote our properties.
7. Database Management: Keep our client and property databases up-to-date, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
8. Financial Coordination: Assist in the collection of rental payments and coordinate financial transactions related to property deals.
9. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
10. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documents are accurately completed and in compliance with real estate regulations.
11. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, property management, and renovation teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
12. Continual Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, attend training sessions, and pursue opportunities for professional development.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
2. At least 1 Year Experience in Sales/Customer Service.
3. Possess at least a Diploma in related field.
4. Possess own transportation.
5. Sales driven.
6. Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
7. Able to work on weekends when needed.
8. Compulsory to attend all company events.
