Novas Academy provides Training Services to corporate and Financial Wealth firms in Malaysia. The staff are licensed under various organizations such as HRDC, Securities Commission (SC) Malaysia, Malaysia Insurance Institute (MII), LIAM, FIMM, Takaful Malaysia & FPAM.


Role Description
This is a full-time Office Admin role located at Sibu, Sarawak, involving on-site responsibilities. The Office Admin will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance, customer service, accounting, and office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  1. Communication and Customer Service skills
  2. Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  3. Basic knowledge of Accounting
  4. Experience in working in an office setting
  5. Attention to detail and organizational skills
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  7. Strong multitasking abilities
  8. Preferably a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
