Qualifications & Experience for Office Admin (HR or Finance Executive):
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Basic language in Malay and English.
Familiarity with office management procedures, basic accounting principles, and management software (Microsoft Office, ERP, etc.).
Either from High School Certificate, Diploma or degree in HR/ Business Study/ Finance/ Accounting.
Those with 1 or more years of office administration (HR and Finance) experience is preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Outstanding communication/ interpersonal abilities. Good in organizational and leadership skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
To undertake office administrative tasks (HR or Finance), to lead the human resources responsibilities (hire the right employees, maintain employee records, counsel/ conduct disciplinary actions, team building activities) or process payroll and company account responsibility, to secure related department (HR or Finance) run with efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, prepare reports/ presentations, etc., for the upper management.
Manage correspondence with local authorities or institute or support budgeting, bookkeeping monthly expense or account statement.
Job title and salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.
