Job Description:

  1. Able to handle accounts book keeping.
  2. Assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up.
  3. Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques).
  4. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
  5. Provide general admin support and manage other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
  6. Liaise with Authority / Government Agency for application and approval.
  7. Liaise with Forwarder & Logistic Company for Shipment Import & Export matters.
  8. Perform tasks assigned by the Superior.
