Job PurposeTo manage Office Document Control and Administration such as official quotations, invoicing, payment issues, staff salary, account claims, office inventory, asset control, server control, company profile/website updates, and printing. Assist and support management in their daily professional or personal life so that they may focus on high-level tasks. The duties for this role vary depending on the direction/needs of superiors, including screening phone calls, responding to emails, running errands, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, preparing documents, and note-taking. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management and directly manages operational staff.
Duties And Responsibilities- Coordinate the preparation of Corporation/Executive Management Team, Board Meetings, Ministerial Briefs, Project Submissions, and Legislative matters and documentation.
- Ensure requests for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner.
- Undertake research for specific information using electronic resources and/or networking relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures, environmental and quality policy, safety principles, corporate values, and strategies.
- Develop and implement project management programs which contain the details of a project.
- Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Job Qualification- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (Min: 2 Years).
- Expertise in various aspects of Project Management & General Office practices.
- Ability to receive direction and independently follow through with assigned tasks with minimal & remote supervision by superiors.
