1. Conduct detailed patient assessments and consultations to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
2. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and infectious diseases.
3. Provide preventive care through screenings, vaccinations, and health education.
4. Perform minor medical procedures (e.g., wound suturing, drainage of abscesses).
5. Coordinate and supervise clinic assistants and support staff to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth operations.
6. Conduct Fitness to Work Medical Examinations.
7. Provide OH advisory services.
8. Maintain and/or verify medical and health surveillance records.
9. Analyze audiometric results.
10. Upon consultation with owners and employers, make the required notification to authorities on relevant notifications e.g. Occupational Illness, Abnormal Medical Surveillance results, etc.
11. Issue medical certificates (MC), referral letters, and prescriptions as required.
12. Manage any inspections conducted by regulatory authorities such as CKPAS, DOSH, etc.
13. The Person in Charge (PIC) of the clinic to oversee and manage the clinic's operation.
14. Attend internal and external training assigned by the management.
15. Any other tasks assigned by management.
