Nutritionist cum Sales Executive

As a Nutritionist cum Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's health and wellness initiatives. This full-time position will see you providing expert nutritional advice and guidance to clients, while also overseeing key operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Job Descriptions

• Provide consultation and address customer inquiries on health-related issues.
• Develop engaging health-related content for platforms like Facebook, WeChat, and video presentations.
• Maintain good relationships with all customers via:
• Conducting consultations for new customers, advising how best to care for their health.
• Suggesting suitable health screening packages, treatments, procedures, medications, etc.
• Following up on customer satisfaction and retention, and suggesting improvements.
• Having good knowledge of the products and services offered, and the scope of treatment.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on current trends, issues, and best practices in relation to the healthcare industry.
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Work closely with the doctor and management team to meet the clinic’s marketing and sales targets.
• Manage staff and conduct improvement trainings (sales techniques, communication skills, customer care, etc.) when necessary.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to enhance the clinic's market reach.
