Nutritionist cum Customer Service

· Competent in handling customer enquiries towards products, especially nutrition related enquiries.

· Identifies customer requirements and ensures they are met.

· Review problems and communicate with appropriate personnel to obtain information when necessary.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.

· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

· Processing orders, forms, applications, zoom nutrition talk, and requests.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.

· 1 year of working experience specializing in Nutritionist or fresh graduates are welcome.

· Good in communication & networking skills.
