Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our general practitioner clinic. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical duties, and supporting the medical team in ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist doctors with patient consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
2. Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as per the doctor’s instructions.
3. Monitor patient vitals and provide basic health assessments.
4. Collect and record patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
5. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
6. Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and maintain clinic hygiene standards.
7. Provide wound care and perform dressing changes.
8. Manage and restock medical supplies and equipment.
9. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
2. Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in Malaysia.
3. Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinic setting.
4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of general healthcare procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Caring, empathetic, and dedicated to patient care.
