About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care within our Johor Bahru Johor facility. What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, prioritising their physical and emotional well-being
• Actively participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your nursing skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• A registered Nurse with a current practising certificate and relevant experience in General Medical & Surgical nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to nursing care, with a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes
• Proficiency in documentation and the use of electronic medical record systems
