Responsibilities
Handling all inbound calls, emails, and live chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company’s services.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Acting as phone support for a food delivery app.
Providing customer support for problems and questions regarding orders, delivery, or payment.
Responding to customer questions or resolving problems related to their orders, delivery, or payment.
Reviewing and approving requests for booking cancellations or refunds.
Requirements
Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome.
Proficient in English and BM is required for this position (Read, Speak, Type).
No issues working on 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time).
Willing to commit to 6 days of work per week (2 rotational off days).
Willing to work on weekends and/or public holidays based on shift arrangement.
No issues working fully based at Nusajaya, Johor Bahru.
