New Car Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales target set by principal company and dealership.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, monitor and manage the performance of all vehicle sales advisors; leading by example.
• Direct and schedule the activities of sales advisors and manage the workload and work distribution of sales admins; ensuring proper staffing always.
• Conduct daily / weekly sales meetings with team of sales advisors to ensure targets are achieved.
• Guide the efforts of sales advisors to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership and achieve top tier service throughout the region / state / country.
• Review and address customer complaints personally and consequently close the issue to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars & car accessories.
• Monitor the sales advisors' daily appointments, follow ups, test drives, performance, booking orders and registration versus target.
• Ensures that sales advisors understand and comply to dealership policies and procedures which includes discount structure, claims, cash transactions.
• Oversee and perform administrative activities of the division as and when needed.
• Manage the overall operations of the branch and undertaking ad-hoc assignments from upper management from time to time.

Requirements

• High achievements in automotive sales.
• Good managerial and administrative skills.
• Social Media savvy and resourceful in finding sales.
• Experience in selling Electric Vehicles (EV) is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin / Hokkien / Cantonese will be an added advantage).
