JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. To monitor, evaluate and modify treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention.
2. To provide physiotherapy input to people with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurology and other complex conditions.
3. Responsibilities in multidisciplinary team including doctor, nurse, nurse aid, paramedic, sport science therapist.
4. Diagnosing, assessing and treating problems.
5. Encouraging more on manual exercises and movements.
6. Working with patients with a variety of conditions including neurological (more to stroke patients), musculoskeletal, pediatrics, geriatrics and adult cases.
7. Keeping reports on patients and their progress via testimonial videos.
8. Staying updated with developments in treatments.
9. Handle patients with care, compassion, and patience.
10. Be confident in what you are doing especially when treating patients.
11. Always providing education or home-based exercises to patients to enhance daily living activities.
12. Build and maintain good rapport with patients and family members.
13. Doing a live session on social media to share knowledge regarding physiotherapy.
14. Manage to do home therapy / house call session when needed.
15. Always ready in challenging cases.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Completing study in Physiotherapy with MPA (Malaysian Physiotherapy Association) registration.
2. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy (Exercise Therapist - qualification in Physiotherapy).
3. Have experience working as a Physiotherapist including center setting, hospital setting, nursing home, specialist center, education center.
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

11. Follow SOAPIER (physio assessment) - assessment skills.
12. Critical thinking skills.
13. Interacting with patients of different ages and backgrounds as well as their caregivers and relatives.
14. Interest in live sessions - sharing knowledge and activities.

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Responsible for day-to-day physiotherapy matters.
2. To execute ad-hoc duties when required.
3. Provide operation support function to the company.
