PURPOSE OF JOB

• Provide deployment and implementation on projects primarily on IT security solutions
• Provide product support and assist to resolve all issues and perform regular troubleshooting.
• Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
• Initiate continuous process improvements to improve operational effectiveness
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Establish and maintain good & effective relationship with team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact for our customers with troubleshooting 24/7
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution
• Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner within customer’s service level agreement.
• Evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades or additional features
• Other duties as required.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Network Security Engineer located in Seri Kembangan. The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network security, network engineering, cybersecurity, and information security tasks. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network security, implementing security measures, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring data protection.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Internet Security, Network and Security, or equivalent.
• Have transportation e.g., Motorcycle
• Experience in Windows/Linux/UNIX installation and troubleshooting skill. Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and basic knowledge in Firewall.
• High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA Security will be an advantage
• High degree of organization, attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
• Possesses a drive to succeed, highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently
• Security or Network certification would be an advantage

Salary range in between RM2,300 - RM3,200 per month (depending on skill & experience).
