.NET Lead Software Developer (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive innovative projects while mentoring a skilled team. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with modern technologies, and guiding developers, this role is for you!

Your day-to-day will include:
Hands-on coding & unit testing – Building and maintaining .NET applications (4, 5, 6), C#, and ASP.NET.
Problem-solving with the team – Troubleshooting technical challenges, debugging, and optimizing systems.
Microservices & Cloud Development – Designing scalable solutions with AWS or Azure.
Working with multiple teams – Engaging with product teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders.
Mentoring developers – Reviewing code, sharing best practices, and ensuring high standards.
CI/CD & API development – Ensuring smooth deployment pipelines and efficient API integrations (REST, gRPC).

• 6+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of .NET (4, 5, 6), C#, and ASP.NET.
• Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
• Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.

• Background in SaaS, fintech, or marketing-tech industries.
• AWS or relevant certifications.
