The Successful Applicant

A successful National Sales Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, with 8+ years of complex sales hunting experience for enterprise-level deals.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in the HR Tech and Enterprise IT Services industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
• A customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM.
