Job description
You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your technical expertise and skills to the delivery of customer and operational excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective is to provide professional warehouse management solutions (WMS) and/or transport management solutions (TMS). You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
To provide professional responses to warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems.
To understand and analyze our system solutions in order to meet customers’ operational requirements.
To study and prepare information systems solution design documents to ensure they can be implemented.
To configure our WMS and TMS and surrounding applications to align customer requirements with our operations.
To deliver logical mapping for interface and report development.
To train superusers on configuration techniques and new/existing functionalities.
To manage change requests including discussion with customers, new requirements review, reconfiguration, testing, training, and go-live support.
To provide consultation and support on new implementations and existing projects.
Your Skills and Experiences
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Logistics/Supply Chain Management equivalent.
Experience in Operation Process for Supply Chain in a service provider (internal or external) environment.
Presentation skills, both in preparation and delivery (as well as for training purposes).
Strong experience in WMS/TMS System and System Integration (mapping).
Ability to troubleshoot WMS, TMS, EDI processing, and data quality issues.
