Your Role

The role of a National Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Project Manager involves overseeing the onboarding and implementation of logistics projects. This includes managing customer expectations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth integration of new or existing logistics solutions. The position typically requires strong project management skills, experience in logistics or supply chain management, and the ability to handle complex projects involving light automation and building integrations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of logistics solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, and sales, to implement logistics solutions and address any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with logistics automation and system integrations is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or other relevant project management certification is added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
