Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for installation, commissioning, and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
  2. Pay frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  3. Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
  4. Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of experience in a similar technical services job.
  2. Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical is preferred.
  3. Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a good team player.
  4. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical; can read and draw basic drawings.
  5. Familiar with office software, such as Office and WPS; know how to use AutoCAD at a basic level.
  6. Mandarin speaker.
