Job description
Job Title: Customer Service Technical Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
- Pay frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
- Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar technical services job.
- Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical is preferred.
- Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a good team player.
- Knowledge in mechanical and electrical; can read and draw basic drawings.
- Familiar with office software, such as Office and WPS; know how to use AutoCAD at a basic level.
- Mandarin speaker.
