Multimedia Intern

Job Summary

Responsible for designing marketing/recognition materials, assisting with photo and video projects, creating motion graphics, and supporting departmental events.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media content

1. Design artwork for promotional/agency recognition materials and visuals for digital publishing.
2. Assist with photo shootings for company events/activities.
3. Assist with filming and video editing.
4. Create motion graphics and videos for social media platforms.
5. Support and participate in departmental or agency-related events.

Collateral Management

1. Provide assistance to the team in generating nationwide agent posters on a daily and monthly basis.
2. Ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
3. Conduct thorough verification of reports and posters to ensure accuracy of details.
4. Oversee the management of the agent master list and folder by maintaining updates to names and photographs.

Key Requirements

1. January intake.
2. Candidate must possess or be pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Advertising/Multimedia or equivalent.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere.
4. Knowledge of online content tools in graphic design, video production, HTML, or Dreamweaver is an advantage.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin is required for this role.
6. Enthusiastic about visual and video production and digital marketing.
7. Open to learning new skills and exploring new ways of creativity.
8. Full of awesome ideas and able to complete work independently as well as with team members.
9. Available for a duration of 3/6 months.
