Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts through the creation of visually stunning and compelling multimedia content. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to grow and develop their skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing graphics material for various digital marketing materials, including social media visuals, posters, landing pages, websites, banners, logos, app design and video animation.
• Assist in the video and animation creation of marketing materials and other design collateral as needed.
• Develop animated graphics and illustrations including 3D images to enhance multimedia content and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into effective visuals.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Able to work independently and also a team player, work long hours and datelines consciously.
• Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design or equivalent.
• A portfolio showcasing previous multimedia design projects, such as social media graphics, poster, banner, website, or UI design work.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effect, Capcut, Figma, and any other design software.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on design trends and industry developments.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus but not required.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take feedback and continuously improve design skills.
• Preferably specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
