Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. To solicit mortgage business referred by business partners i.e developers, solicitors, real estate agents, and valuers.
  2. To maintain good customer relationships and close contacts with business partners for referrals.
  3. To implement sales strategies/policies set by the management.
  4. To be well conversant with changes in the marketing environment and to provide feedback to Management for appropriate action.
  5. To ensure the accuracy of data collection and maintenance of high-quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduates (diploma/degree) are encouraged to apply.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in banking sales background with a proven track record; OR
  3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in non-banking sales background with a proven track record.
  4. Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Able to work independently.
  6. Able to work well with a team and self-enthusiastic towards the achievement of targets.
  7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  8. SPM with working experience in the property & mortgage industry.
  9. Possess own transport.
