Compensation & Benefits

1. Allowance: RM 2,000 per month
2. Commission Structure: Earn up to 0.5% of successful mortgage values
3. Realistic Monthly Earnings: RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 for performers (including commission)

What You'll Do

1. Client Advisory: Guide clients through the mortgage selection process, helping them secure their dream homes
2. Financial Analysis: Assess clients' financial situations to recommend optimal mortgage solutions
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on competitive mortgage products across banks and insurance providers
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, banks, and clients
5. Portfolio Management: Create tailored financial plans that align with clients' long-term goals

What We're Looking For

1. Education: Diploma and above in any field (Finance/Business preferred but not required)
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or client-facing roles
3. Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and basic financial knowledge
4. Qualities: Self-motivated, client-focused, and eager to learn
5. Licenses: RFP/CFP/PCE/TBE qualifications advantageous but not mandatory
