Microwave Network Planner - MRO ICT C&SI

Responsibilities:

• Microwave Network Planning and Design, output HLD and LLD.
• Output the network topology and frequency assignment.
• Support Project Manager in making the Microwave implementation schedule.
• Transmission Planning and Provisioning, involving topology, capacity and frequency planning for both high-level and low-level designs.
• Link engineering design and generation of link budgets for implementation purposes.
• Provide high-level support and interface with the Transmission Roll-out team, Transmission network optimization.
• DCN planning, Synchronizations planning and network dimensioning.
• Transmission capacity utilization management, Transmission Infrastructures planning and BO preparation/review.
• High Level Support-Maintenance and Operation of Transmission Infrastructures.
• Los Survey Report Validation and Subcontractor Management Requirements.
• Review technical proposal and technical site survey report and comment.
• Knowledge of using path-LOS to perform MW link planning is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years experience or above in Transmission Network planning.
• Familiar with Microwave link design.
• Familiar with Transmission Network service plan; familiar with Ethernet service planning is preferred.
• Experience in Microwave project delivery.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.
• Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and good coordination skills.
