Position: MFC Surface Treatment Process Engineer/Senior Engineer

Job Location: Kulim, Kedah

Job Summary:

Responsible for surface treatment process design and providing process technical support.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Surface Treatment Process Design:

1. Develop and implement surface treatment processes tailored to product requirements.
2. Design process flows, select appropriate materials and equipment, and determine process parameters to achieve desired surface quality and performance.

1. Provide on-site technical support during production to address and resolve process-related issues.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, offer practical solutions, and ensure effective implementation to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

1. Continuously evaluate and optimize existing surface treatment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive technological advancement and operational excellence.

1. Research and assess emerging surface treatment technologies and innovations.
2. Evaluate the feasibility of new materials, processes, and equipment, and integrate advanced technologies into existing processes to maintain competitive edge and meet evolving industry standards.

1. Oversee quality control measures for surface treatment processes, including developing and enforcing quality standards and inspection protocols.
2. Monitor process performance, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions to ensure that products meet or exceed quality specifications.

1. Prepare and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical manuals, and process specifications.
2. Conduct training sessions for production staff on surface treatment techniques, process standards, and safety protocols to ensure consistent and compliant operations.

1. Bachelors Degree or above in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Materials Science.
2. Over 1 year of experience in MFC semiconductor parts surface treatment.
3. Knowledge of the basic properties of raw materials and equipment in the chemical and metallurgy industries, as well as related production processes.
