Location:

Responsibilities:

• To identify and develop new accounts.
• To create and build up good relationships between the organization and merchants to create loyal business partners.
• To handle merchant/customer complaints and feedback to management for operational improvement.
• To gather market information such as competitor activities and customer behavior.
• To conduct training for merchants.
• To handle & follow up on merchant’s complaints & feedback.
• To ensure sufficient forms and POP at merchants as well as ensuring maximum market exposure.
• Negotiate with merchants in order to get the best solutions that benefit both the company and the merchants.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or Japanese will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
