Qashier is looking for a Merchant Onboarding Specialist to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast-growing team excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. Reporting to the Head of Operations in Singapore, you will play a key role in deploying our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new merchant journey after-sales hands over set requirements.
• Support merchant and assist in setting up in-store setup requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Merchant Success team to ensure that merchant onboarding, account setup, and order fulfillment are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchants meet risk compliance and chats/calls are within stipulated SLAs.
• Log merchants' request features for the product team.
• Able to solve merchant queries related to commercial topics and come up with action plan.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by your manager: project optimization process.

What we look for in a candidate...

• 1-2 years of experience handling Merchant Onboarding for any Fintech or E-commerce company.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral abilities (English and Chinese).
• Keen attention to detail and customer service-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a solid ability to multitask.
• Passionate about technology, Fintech, and the retail space.
