1. Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans for the beauty department.
2. Collaborate with suppliers to curate a diverse and appealing product assortment.
3. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to maximize sales.
4. Lead and mentor the merchandising team, ensuring effective communication and goal achievement.
5. Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize overstock or stockouts.
6. Drive promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional activities.
