Identify potential products to be developed in the assigned category.
Prepare monthly review and provide counter measures.
Supplier negotiation to achieve best supply & support.
Supplier discussion on new item innovation, promotions, and product purchasing.
Weekly target sales and quantity allocation for store to achieve by making weekly production plan.
Day to day operational issue support to smoothen the operational task.
Weekly & Monthly review on sales & counter measures including store best practice.
Weekly ordering planning for store.
Preparing layout and equipment for new stores opening / renovation.
Check the execution of monthly promotion plan.
Monitoring supplier delivery ratio.
Provide sales counter measures as and when necessary.
Store visit to store and checking on the selling floor and backroom condition.
Support on special projects to improve department sales & activity.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience as buyer / merchandiser or equivalent.
Customer focused, strong oral communications with demonstrated ability to lead/influence and a team player.
Ability to manage complex and competing priorities whilst building simple strategies to improve results.
Possess own transport and able to work in Maluri, Cheras.
