Develop and implement strategies for the export of spare parts and ensure alignment with international market demands and company objectives.
Oversee the planning, sales and distribution of merchandise within domestic market.
Manage and monitor Export spare parts sales operation.
Conduct market research to understand global trends for spare parts and domestic trends merchandise to optimize distribution strategies.
Manage inventory levels, schedules, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts internationally and merchandise domestically.
Ensure all export documentation for spare parts is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations while maintaining proper documentation for domestic merchandise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and international clients for spare parts as well as domestic customers for merchandise.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
