MEP BIM Lead / Modellar (M&E Consultant)

Industry: Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services

Salary range: Start from RM 5500 depending on experience

Responsible for producing M&E project drawings and BIM models of different disciplines based on specifications and requirements, ensuring standards are met.

Understanding of the 2D drawings, reporting any discrepancies, and highlighting issues or clashes.

Perform the modeling of 3D elements according to the requirements set out.

Collect, investigate, study, analyze, and record all project information, requirements, specifications, etc., which relate to the assigned projects.

Liaise and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes, and model changes.

Attend all direct or indirect discussions or meetings (internal or external) related to BIM.

Ensure the BIM models are up to date, accurate, and meet the project's requirements.

To ensure all MEP systems are effectively modeled and coordinated.

Capable of working independently as well as in a team and able to communicate effectively.

Requirements:

SPM, Certificate in Drafting, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree.

6 years and above of BIM working experience in M&E Consultant Firm is a MUST.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Willing to travel to project sites.

Draughtsperson needed as well.
