This position handles the development of cafe menus and operational training for franchise stores in Malaysia (and Cambodia).

1. Develop food/beverage menu with Chief Chef (main focus)
2. Negotiate quality and purchase price with pastry OEM supplier
3. Provide training for store operations and maintain the quality
4. Attend meeting with the franchisor together with the café team
5. Market Analysis and Reporting
6. Attend weekly/monthly meeting
