Mental Health Coach (MY)

We are a digital health therapeutics company operating across SEA, focused on the intersection of mental health and physical chronic diseases. We combine behavioural science, psychology, data science and digital design to help companies, healthcare providers, and ultimately, people in achieving a healthier lifestyle.

We're looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you'll be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

Who we're looking for

Counsellors:

• Degree in Counselling, and;
• Have a valid KBPA registration from Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM)

OR

Clinical Psychologists:

• Degree in Psychology, and;
• (At least) Masters in Clinical Psychology (MPsych), and;
• Have valid Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychologist (MSCP) and/or Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) registration.

AND

• Have minimum 3 years of working experience with adult clients from various backgrounds and different health conditions including physical chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes;
• Have experience with EAP would be an added bonus;
• Keen interest in the application of digital technology;
• Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary health care;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added bonus.

What you'll do

• Provide support and care for the public, corporate clients, and patients digitally;
• Provide holistic mental and physical health support to our members with evidence-based medical and physical health ways to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self;
• Review daily progress of members and provide feedback to ensure that members stay on track in achieving their goals;
• Work with other coaches from other specialties within Naluri to come up with the best customized plan that fits the members.
