What we do:
The Web & Social Media Operations department has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. We are currently building out a new group to partner with the Digital Content & Services Lab. The Lab is responsible for content production and campaign execution within our pharmaceutical division. It was created to answer the need from the countries and global marketing teams to deliver high quality content continuously - at scale and speed - while enabling efficiencies.
What the job is about:
Medical writing is an essential capability when it comes to content creation. Not having this capability embedded into The Lab is limiting us today to provide the comprehensive content development / creation services that global and affiliate marketing teams are asking of us. The addition of this skill set is critical on our path to be the end to end enterprise content provider for Roche.
Your day to day responsibilities are:
We are looking for upbeat, dynamic individuals who are highly involved and passionate about medical writing and willing to learn more about Digital campaigns.
You will be part of our Content team and would be focusing on consulting and managing our digital content tasks. You will be at the forefront of our communication and the work you'll do will directly impact the way our followers will interact with our brand.
As a qualified expert, you
Write and edit medical content for different formats / digital channels and platforms
Ensure that the content, format and structure comply with regulatory and other guidelines, as well as with Roche best practices
Monitor assigned tasks and manage own workload, taking ownership and anticipating capacity issues and potential solutions.
Monitor deadlines and ensuring projects are delivered on time
Control quality and proofreading for scientific accuracy
Prepare content for LMR approval in VVPM (incl. referencing)
Partner with the Creative Artworker to develop content
Proactively contribute creative ideas, concepts or suggestions to provide added value
Collaborate with The Lab engagement team, commercial and medical affairs stakeholders
What can you bring to our team:
Degree in medical sciences or similar
2-4 years experience in a similar role
Effective time management and excellent communication skills
Collaborative attitude - working effectively across our diverse Lab resources and business stakeholders
Ability to work within a team
A perfectionist’s eye for detail
Language skills: Excellent knowledge of English language
Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to interpret data
