Medical Representative

What You Do:

1. Achieve and exceed sales target and objectives set by the company with consistent results, through effective and efficient planning and execution of selling activities in the assigned territory.
2. Promote and present clinical data of products via one-to-one and/or group product presentations in a professional manner to the healthcare professionals and other decision makers.
3. Build and maintain good rapport with KOLs, Specialists, Consultants, Medical Doctors, Pharmacists and identified key personnel.
4. Organize promotional activities and/or video presentations in respective area and participate in scientific/marketing activities wherever applicable.
5. Keep management informed on all market intelligence and developments within the assigned territory and the impact to the business.
6. Participate in business development plans with sales manager, marketing as well as own team members to create effective business plans for business expansion.
7. Ensure full compliance with the Company policies and the local industry’s codes of conduct.

Who You Are:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in related field, preferably Science.
2. At least 1 year working experience in related field is an added advantage.
3. Good communication skills with strong command of English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Mature, fast learner, self-motivated and able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
5. Possess valid driving license and a car, and willing to travel.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
