What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data interpretation

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice and support on laboratory-related matters
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Participating in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures
• Providing training and mentorship to junior laboratory staff as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist
• Proficiency in operating a wide range of laboratory equipment and instruments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare providers
• Familiarity with relevant laboratory regulations and accreditation standards
